Let's See your cardboard Thread!

I am absolutely loving the threads where fellow members are sharing their collections. Mike (Miconlegacy) and Matt (MattyC) have awesome cardboard! I would love to see more board members show off their stuff. I know there is some absolutley amazing cards that some of our members have. So with all that being said, I am going to share some of my favorite cards:

I can't start this thread without showing off my favorite player, and most sentimental cards.

    Matt,

Wow, that is some serious cardboard love. Thanks for sharing. Just wondering, what do you think kept the Wizard from making PSA 10?

Wow, what a great selection of high grade RCs you've got, Matt! I'm drooling over the '55 Killebrew and the '75 cello. Also glad to see the Musial love. He's too often overlooked.

Matt you've got a collection after my own heart. Love when you roll it out for us!
"My father would womanize, he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. Our childhood was typical. Summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring we'd make meat helmets. When we were insolent we were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds - pretty standard really."
  • Fantastic collection. If you're taking requests, how about a '53 Bowman Color Musial? I've been picking up a few centered 4's and 5's from that set ever since seeing the fiveniner thread, and I love them.

Edit: I no longer own this 53 Musial, I sold it as I am looking for a 8.5 or 9. Love the 53 Bowman Color Musial card.
  • Awesome! That was fast service. What a great card.

I don't currently own a Musial card, but that's going to change in the near future. I almost threw in to try to win the 4.5 last week that PWCC was selling, but the timing wasn't quite right, budgetwise.

Amazing cards! Musial was my Dad's favorite player, he listened to the Cards on the radio all the time.
Matt, if you have time, could you scan the back of the 39 Ted Williams card. Someday I would like to own one of those, do they have any player info on back?

Matt, If you plan on getting a Musial RC auto'd, you might want to do it quick. Not sure how much longer he'll be signing. I got my '48 Bowman signed about a year ago and his sig isn't what it used to be (but still readable).
